Anik Sulastri, Head of Tegal Alur Urban Village added such flat proposal was sent two years ago and its realization had been done at RW 04, Kebersihan Complex and Pasar Binaan lingkungan tiga.
According to Sulastri, RW 04 is the lowest area and prone to flooding with water level about one meter. While in Pasar Binaan lingkungan tiga, is disfunctional and only an empty land.
